Jun 26, 2023 · The Strange Door is, in my opinion, the single most important unlock in the game. It opens the way to the game's final ending, so if you're just trying to "beat" the game it will be your last unlock before you do that. It's also required to unlock every tainted character in the game, many of which have S tier unlocks.

In Rebirth, there are 6 unique completion marks, and each one comes in two varieties, adding up to 12 marks in total. Afterbirth introduced 3 more, bringing the total to 17, as Greed mode only has one mark. Afterbirth+ introduced 1 more, as well as an additional mark for Greedier mode, bringing the final total to 20.

Greed/Greedier Mode is still Broken for Tainted Cain, even after All the Nerfs. The way to do it is fairly easy, however, it is extremely tedious and the game may not cooperate with you.
