They helped with privileging, but there were usually a fair number of forms for me to fill out too, but no major headaches.

If your school has class rank, that will probably be looked at more closely than the actual number of your GPA. A 3.5 can have you rank #50/90 at one school vs. #10/90 at a different school. All successful Pedo applicants from my class had <3.5 GPA; the highest GPA in our class was 3.8ish so it's all relative.Yes, richer than Columbia and Cornell.
