I have been here a year, after leaving another service company of 25 years,and have never looked back on my decision. Roto-Rooter provides opportunity for anyone with a strong work ethic and drive to part of a winning culture. Quota was 15k a week and minimum 10k to get commission and total cost of job is determined by teams arriving and completing jobs properly. Schedule rotation was nice and the 3 days off per week was also great.
