I've spent a good time with both breeds (got them both to full bond) and I'd say their temperaments are about equal in terms of braveness, both are a hell of a lot braver than the Arabian. As far as stats go the Foxtrotter has 1 more speed and 1 more stamina, whereas the Turkoman has 2 more health.
