Mar 4, 2010 · its a pretty straight forward gasket replacement. Drain the coolant. Remove the fuel Rails. remove the Supercharger ( leave the TB on) remove the Lower intake. wipe up any coolant in the block. flush some oil down the valley of the motor. and then reinstall.

Unless you're trying to find a white box one off ebay for cheaper than a dorman. Make sure the quality is the same or you will risk ruining the engines when it hydrolocks or mixes the oil/coolant when the intake warps or gasket fails. Dorman's unit has the reduced EGR stovepipe but no metal sleeve. It only addresses part of the problem. Yes ...
