With the key off, and a multimeter inline, I have a 7 mA current draw. Once again its a counter of some sort and is not stored as actual hours. 1st there is 2 circuits inside the ECU that control the fuel pump relay. 1 is during the boot up (turn on for 2 seconds to build up initial fuel pressure and ECU gets to see if the pump is electricaly working) 2nd circuit is when the part the controls the fuel pump relay to "stay on" while the motor is running.

We haven't been out for a while then this winter we went to go on a poker run and it wouldn't run. Threw it on a charger and even off the boost it wouldn't start.100% MADE IN USA. Mine on the other hand flashes between 2wd & 4wd. If the Suzuki is anything like the prairie. Also check the front actuator if it has one on the front diff.
