My parents have a '12 Yukon XL with 99k miles on it, and it needs lower ball joints (probably has for at least 4k-5k miles) more than likely due to our dirt road which can be rough at times. Hey all. I have a 2008 Yukon Denali XL. The rear shocks are leaking. I replaced the compressor which was fried and found that with heavy loads, the shocks leak and the compressor just keeps running. With 2 adults and 3 kiddos and a little cargo, the shocks will fill up and hold air for a bit but...sub'd for future use, my wife's 99 Yukon is doing this and my thought was a loose chain in the transfer case because there is play in the drive shaft and I could hear noise in the transfer case.
