That service allows me to pause rewind and fast forward while watching any live show, from any of my streaming boxes. Other apps on the Spectrum-provided Xumo work fine - but the Spectrum app gets blurry and buffers constantly (exactly nine times in a span of 15 minutes - including several 2-minute buffering). I was able to locate your account with your community registration and I do see your Xumos reporting bitrate drops which could cause problems.

To use this feature, you must subscribe to Spectrum DVR service, and also, you must have a DVR Spectrum Receiver. (Which apparently, you do have, if you have the Xumo Streaming Box.)
