To OP; Swamp cave and easy water cave on island are easiest with high chance of reward for flak bp's outside of the Red OSD drops on Extinction. Yellow drops in ice cave on Rag drop good quality longnecks pretty often and those are super easy. You can just fly in that section with a Wyv or Griff and only need to avoid a few bears.
