You could swap them and see if your speedometer still works OK. Part number for both is AL204621. I lost the speed read out on my 6415 and swapped these two sensors. That fixed my speedometer. Jun 2, 2012 · I came across a John Deere 6415 2wd, cab tractor on Craig's List for $16,000. I checked tractor House and the cheapest 6415 2wd with a cab had 4500 hrs, was $29,900. The only bad thing about the one I found was it has almost 6500 hrs!!! I wasn't looking for a John Deere but was just looking for something with cab. I bought the tractor yesterday. 6615 Throttle Problems. A freind of mine has a 2006 Deere 6615 with about 3500 hours on it. It recentley started having a problem with the throttle. After the tractor runs in the field for about 45 minutes it will slow down about 250 rpms and stay there or flutter around there for about 5 minutes or so then go back to normal.

If that's OK, you could have low hydraulic system pressure, failing to disengage the front wheel drive. It should be 170psi Check for pressure in and out of FWD. None for in, 170psi for out.
