While metamucil really helped my stomach tightness and provided flexibility for meal timing, it caused some really bad bloating. This week I'm trying to switch to Citrucel since it's supposed to cause less bloating. I'm taking 2 tablets every morning. And while it definitely reduced the bloating (but not eliminate), my stomach pain returned.
