I'm trying to finish up Old Iron King DLC and I think I just beat all of the bosses including Fume Knight and the Samurai Guy (forget his name) and I got a smelter wedge, but I'm almost positive I've used all of them I need on the ashes throughout the level - including Fume Knight's outside area.

After killing the warrior, pull that lever and the other lever next to it. Head outside and turn left into a small doorway, at the end turn left into a small room and go up the ladder. Pull the lever to open a shortcut to the previous bonfire and pick up a Dried Root. Go back and cross the chain on the left.
