Just select the GmsCore patch when installing. I'm guessing you installed the patched version with gmscore, then are attempting to repatch that version without gms core, which does not remove gms core. Install the downloaded unpatched version first to clear out your version with gms core, or pick the file button in the bottom on the patcher ...
