We plugged the cellspot directly into the Ethernet cable (bypassing the entire Verizon router) and it still wouldn’t work. T-Mobile says still not a reason to send a new cellspot.

I have the same issue with mine, doesn't do anything, I have unlocked phones that support all the bands but I dont know if it's t mobile phone specific.
