What is an amiibo card? You see this? This is an NTAG215 chip. This is the chip that sits in the base of amiibo figures. When you touch this chip to your Nintendo Switch or other console, it scans the amiibo into the game. Amiibo cards take that chip, program it to be a specific amiibo, and then cover it with a nice image.
As for TagMo I've tried all the versions from 2.3.0 through 2.3.4beta as I said and they all crash. I have the keys and a bin that supposedly has 20 heart data as well as instructions on which values to change even if the bin doesn't work. It just doesn't matter though since it crashes every time.So the unfixed bin key im using works perfectly but the lockwd secret bin key I have downloaded tagmo just wont accept it or read it for some reason...since the dev stopped providing support on reddit, here are the instructions. So, this is my only option. I have an LG G5, and I am running Android 7.0. I can load both keys for Wolf Link, as well as the 20 heart save file. On both TagMo 2.3.3 and 2.3.4, my phone crashes when writing the tag. I then tried 2.3.1 and 2.3.2, both of which CAN write the tag, but the Amiibo scans as corrupted and has to be restored.

Normally yes. But Amiibos require a certain section to be written to that permanently locks the tag. (leaving it unlocked would not allow it to be usable as an Amiibo on normal consoles) So no, once you write an Amiibo to a NFC tag you can't wipe it and change it to a different one.
