Whether using passenger side control or driver side control, when we try to raise the window to the top (closed), it gets there but then suddenly lowers to half way. Any time we try to close completely it lowers back down to half way.FYI for NH owners: NH RSA HB226b does not allow any widow tint whatsoever on front windows. It only allows 35% or greater light transmission on rear windows. NH RSA HB227 was has submitted and vetoed to allow tinting on front windows.
