Example soma should have the mentioned stats, i have a dual cleaver riven with combo duration, status duration and slash set on my cleavers instead of drifting contact i consider pretty ideal too (status dur amps slash proccs, slash is raw and the combo replacing an otherwise unfunctional slot is on spot)IMO, desirable rivens ( soma, boar, etc) will always have a higher asking price than lets say kulstar or kunai. then again, stats like crit chance, crit multi, elementals ( especially elec or toxin), status, etc are very desirable on any riven.
