At about 45,000 miles the Thermo Control Valve on my 2020 Outback 2.5 failed so took it to the dealer and they ordered the parts but told me the parts were presently unavailable, that it was ok to drive the car, and that they would notify me when the parts arrived. That was on July 21st and still no parts available.

Your dealer should do a full recalibration as a minimum. If they won't, try another dealer or call SOA and explain the issue.If it's RAB disabled, that's a separate issue. The 11.6" main screen on the console blanking out is addressed by the November 15, 2021 software update mentioned. The screen in the gauge cluster over the steering wheel saying RAB disabled could be triggered by debris on the bumper, or other stuff that the dealership should look at.Be sure to clean off all of the sensors and camera lenses. Once the RAB is triggered or disabled, it will stay disabled on the screen. If the system was triggered normally (brakes kicked in) then when you put it in drive, the system should reset.
