I have restarted the game and walked a few steps before activating Wemod like you said. The same issue is still happening. To clarify, The ability to use items without them disappearing and the ability to dupe most items are in fact working for me. The issue is I am unable to dupe a select few items, some of which listed in my last message.

Huge dilemma mate. OCD + hoarding is very hard to manage. There is no way to communicate to you what to keep without spoiling the story but the game doesn't allow you to sell quest items or anything like that to vendors so there is that.
