indeed, there is a setting for "saliva + blood" (default), "saliva only" (only bites infect you), "everyone's infected" (you zombify no matter what actually killed you, not sure if bite and scratches still give you the fever), and "none" (you can never get the knox infection and never zombifiy, can still die to bloodloss and dragdown tho)ik u can use -debug launch option to get commands/cheats, is there any way to save my character from the bite.
