This is a cool build because of the trickster's boost with kinetic reflection. It basically makes you invincible to bullets for a few seconds. This makes an awesome build for mobbing. Run into somewhere, phaselock and throw a bonus package to the enemies converging and then just start shooting.

Actually, the best bubble-popper was a shock Scorpio that put an incredible number of bullets on target much faster than the Sandhawk at medium to incredibly long distance.
