I looked on the side of the engine and saw a large amount of green coolant residue around the water pump pulley and draining down. I assume the water pump is leaking due to failure. When looking underneath the water continuously drips from the weeping hole (I assume it's meant to be a weeping hole) on the bottom of the blower motor.
