It seems, they are using 4-pin PWM type fans (see attached photo) and I could replace them with Noctua quiet fans but Noctua fans draw little power compared to the fans inside the inverter drawing 12 ...Then turn on your other batteries one by one letting each one initialize before you move to the next battery. If your inverter does not come on, then press the power button one time and wait for the countdown to complete and for it to initiate. Then press the return button on the inverter. The F11 cleared on my 6500ex! It was disconnected from all power for over a week and when I started it back up the fault was gone. It's been running as 2P2 for over a day now. Glad yours was fixed! I started the warranty process back on Jan 31 and only today received my replacement inverter.
