Training: From my understanding, weeks 1-4 are at your local yard, 5-7 in Kansas, and 8-remainder of training are at your local yard.BNSF pays a basic day of $135/16hr during training for up to 48 working hours a week. After 48 hours you do get time and a half ($25).
