The thing that put me off the idea is that your early game is going to be a nightmare since you lack a lot of the abilities to make it work till at least level 7, along with the fact that it requires the right gear more than the traditional tanks. However they are absolutely of useless in combat for a Rogue. I'd advise for high MIG, DEX and PER. MIG and DEX will not give you silver tongues dialogue choices but PER will definitly give you some good things to pick.
