For clarification the pin didn't turn off, the setting which requires the pin on every single login not just active session was turned off, say I lobby for 10 seconds id have to re enter the pin. Jagex please stop logging out mobile users after alt tabbing for 10 seconds. Suggestion. It's super fucking annoying reentering details every time you wanna change apps for 10 secs to check some quest info or anything like that. It's not like it's an advantage over Pc where you can alt tab literally till your character logs.

For website access - make sure your internet browser is fully up to date. For the Jagex launcher - Any pending updates will automatically install once you re-login.
