I started the NACA program in November… I started the NACA program in November 2023 when I attended one of their workshops with my spouse. We are in the process of getting a house with NACA. We are submitting all the documents they are asking and looking forward to get house soon with the help of our counselor.

It doesn’t. Had I found a home under that program it would have been under 60 days. I did t require counseling but by that same thing I always had other options. I think naca is trying to push non priority members away by taking away their benefits. I started naca when everybody had the same rate and you could buydown much lower.
