A workshop worker deposits buckets and bowls/plates in the resource storage. A cook takes the bowls/plates and raw food, cooks what you told them to, and deposits in that in food storage. Water carrier fills buckets and deposits those. People feed and water themselves as needed. And some buckets in the resources storage for water.
