Nov 10, 2014 · Hi ladies, I'm 40+5 and finally lost my mucus plug last Sunday morning (at 1:30am during a mid evening pee run!) and today have definitely ramped up with sacral/back pains with some abdominal cramping too. No stretch and sweeps, as our midwife is fairly hands off.
