I've come across 2 builds but i'm not sure how good they are and how well they hold up years later. First time Lilith, you probably want Mind Games. It's her most OP skill and makes playing her and the game easy. Get a Double Anarchy (SMG) and you will roll everything. Phoenix is my favourite build, though and is also amazing. You'll need a good Firefly mod and once you add in a Hellfire, it's a lot of fun. Mind games is a nice skill to have. Other than reaching that skill (Diva, Girl Power and that shark-icon skill), Slayer and everything below it is nice (except the final skill in that tree; it's bugged and sucks). Phasewalk is just so, so useful - spend points in reducing cooldown, and restoring health when you are in phasewalk. Spend points in increasing your shield capacity, damage caused by weapons, accuracy etc. You can experiment. Once you have spent skill points, tried it out and not liked the result - just respec.
