My auto stop/start wasn’t functioning and I read the most common cause of this was a dead auxiliary battery. So I follow the instructions to replace the auxiliary battery but when I get to the place it’s supposed to be, there is no battery there. There aren’t even any cables to connect a battery, so there was never one there.

The solenoid acts as a relay wich gets ignition power trough a timer relay which allows the primary batt to charge the cranking amps it used to start the jeep and then after 4min or so it will activate the solenoid and charge the secondary batt along side the primary batt.
