This happens when you unlock the car with the key fob or open the car door. If it is on the right side, then you can access it right behind the glove box and replace it.A bad ground sounds possible. The turn signal stalk is also a possibility. It looks the same as the GM t/s stalks from the 80s and 90s, and I replaced a few of those. It goes into the dealer in a few hours for the lighting problem and delivery issues. We bought our 2LT in July when GM had 20% off some vehicles.
