How do i reset a 3ds.

Every time I start Max 2018.1 I keep seeing the same floating toolbars that I keep removing and saving. They both are Vray toolbars. When I choose to revert to startup layout under customize menu, they go away. But they keeping coming back in the same location every time I load Max. Any ideas?
