Weapon multi hit zomboid.
A bunch of the weapons don't have multi hit and it's nearly killed me several times. That and finding a boarded up house and most of the weapons are filled with scrap weapon drops instead of the usual good stuff. Not sure if it happens in Vanilla but besides the microwave hammer, you can find zombies impaled by scrap sledge hammers which is OP
Singleplayer do whatever you want, is your game, you are only cheating if you feel you are cheating. Multiplayer that type of settings is out of your control so why worry (unless of course you are the one in charge of the server in that case is almost the same as singleplayer, do what you enjoy the most). 8. With short blunt you can only hit like 2 max. Even with a long weapon you still are only able to hit like 3 at a time. Taking on a hoard is still very challenging.
