Best spot in Rosarito hands down. Always a good experience at Papas. All these guys know how to take care of their customers. They know how to have a good time and party. Don't come to Rosarito and not stop at Papas. Then that means you really didn't come to Rosarito. Shout out to Bravo for all his assistance and great service. Five Stars.
The food at this Papas & Beer is pretty good; however, after the 2nd time in a month of visiting the restaurant and being charged over the reflected menu prices I decided to point out the discrepancy. The server refunded the over charge in cash to make up for the discrepancy as the manager was not available to discuss the issue.They provide the standard chips, but instead of a red salsa, they give a liquidy bean+cheese mixture that was kind of addictive. The burrito was actually huge, the beans in it were tasty, the chicken was well marinated and seasoned, and it had a good amount of cheese and sauce without being drowned in it.
