After reading reviews of Gosplitty, and not getting answers to telephone calls, I was concerned about the $1000.00 I paid in advance for a hotel in Paris. However, a few days before the hotel stay, Gosplitty AND the hotel came through with a confirmation. The upscale (Place Vendom) hotel accepted the Gosplitty voucher.
