Booking went smoothly and received ticket confirmations within 24h. However I failed to check prior reviews of Budgetair before booking. The dismal/frightening reviews have me a bit worried. I called the airline directly (not Budgetair) to ask if it charges any fees to Budgetair for my cancellation less than 12H after booking and it confirmed it doesn't charge any fees.
