Hello, I have a Gen 4 Astro A40 with Mixamp and no matter what combination of Astro Command Centers I use or manual firmware updates, none of them are working. I have tried multiple different computers and different speeds of USB ports, all with the same issue. I am trying to get the mixamp to version 36797. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Just got A40 TR's delivered today and cannot get the command center to recognize the mixamp on PC/Windows 10. I used the USB cable that it came with, have it set to PC mode, have restarted computer and unplugged/plugged back in 100 times. I even tried a different USB to micro USB cable and same result. When they did not work, I tried to manually update in the settings to version 36789 by opening the update file.
