I have my 06 Acura TL with 279,000 plus miles. I'm running Super S high mileage 5w30 and just 5 ozs of STP high mileage oil treatment in there. I found with my Nissan Altima VQ that had 345,000 plus miles that I only needed 5 ozs per 4 7/8 qts of STP high mileage oil treatment and it worked very well.
