It was quite delicious. The only thing I would have done differently is put more sauce on it. I like my Stroganoff with a lot of mushroom cream sauce! The pasta is house made and you can really tell the difference from store bought pasta! Mertens was named one of the top restaurants in Grand Rapids in 2020 and I'd have to agree.
This was the first Ethiopian restaurant I had tried in Grand Rapids, and it certainly did not disappoint. The restaurant is fairly small, but still felt spacious.
