Report abuse. You could try to reset your console. Go to settings, system, console and updates, reset console and choose to keep everything. After that your console will restart and make you go through a quick set-up and sign in again. Try the game again When the console fully loads up and it will hopefully resolve the issue.

For those of you, who are stuck in the animation when -walking over to the terminal- just open console and toggle clipping "tcl". You character will clip through the object that causes you to be stuck and you are good to go.

Fight some bugs, grab stuff. You will see a couple of other terminals along the way that you can ignore (for the purposes of getting out of the Vault).
