Evan's farm is just south of your starting bunker on the south side of the wall and a little to the east. (South of the crate just east of your first camp) This farm is fairly close to the tower in Hedgefield. (Just a quick run west and north of the Hedgefield Link Tower. The only nearby campfire is at the link tower.

The underworld fast travel (Triangulation) lets you select any campfire or tower when you're at a tower/campfire and using the fast travel option. And in that case the Campfire triangulation upgrade is better suited for that, as you get more places to fast travel to. but I found that lacklustre too as I've done almost everything, and what's left idk much about. You can fast travel just bewteen towers in main map. between towers in DLC, later between campfires in DLC, and later again between campfires in main map.
