Milesdown is less detailed but it's still decent and not as long as JS. JS also corresponds to the Kaplan books (except P/S, where it's for the 300 KA). Not sure about mile down. It's up to you which you pick depending on what score you want. Jacksparrow is super inefficient, but Miledown isn't entirely comprehensive.

Using a premed deck takes time, I suggest you instead download miledowns document and go through it over and over while making anki cards for the content in UWorld. You can totally use a premade deck (boaras is significantly better than mile down.
