The HB backpack provides more bonus armor. I never need the extra armor in countdown. Instead, I use a ceska backpack with vigilance or any other damage talent. Other great guns to get stacks are the Vector or the M4, both with the laser pointer from the technician specialization to pulse enemies.

I did it mainly with countdown (challenging) targeted loot backpack. You will see a lot of acostas bullsh*t backpacks. Every 2 matches you have enough countdown points to buy a exotic cache.
