About 5 days ago in 72 degree weather, the engine fan started blowing at full power. When I started driving (with AC on) still no problems until I stopped in a parking lot and it would stay at 210 for a lil while, but then noticeably goes to 260 after 4-5 minutes. I've got a '16 JKU w/ Manual Tran and recently I've noticed a sloshing sound when I start up and move forwards or backwards. I can usually hear the sound for a few minutes. It sounds like like some kind of fluid or water is splashing around underneath the center console area.I doubt the fan clutch will help high speed overheating. The air flow at speed should be plenty to cool the coolant in the radiator between thermostat cycles.I replaced my fan clutch on the 4.2 hoping it would help my low speed heat but no dice. Pull the plugs and see if they're light brown or super white.

The JK is well known for being difficult to get all the air out of the system. Often times taking multiple attempts. To start with I would open the radiator cap and make sure it is full, right up to the top. Then keep the overflow bottle level at least to the min line.

So the Jeep has been overheating at idle about 15-20 degrees I'd say. I've known about this for a few weeks now but my short commute doesn't really require any stopping so i've ignored it. Today it hit close to right between 210-260. Usually it smooths out once I start driving but it stayed hot for about a mile and a half home.

What I mean by heat tabs is the engine rebuilders place these in the engine somewhere to save their ass through the warranty. Meaning they Will know if I ran the jeep while hot because heat tabs will be melted and thus voiding my warranty. I hope this hasnt happened.
