Fixed all "*.sav" files repeatedly overwriting option.sav only. This has been tested by me with v1.4 and v1.5 saves, plus DLC.The rune freezing was the hardest part about getting through Trial of the Sword on Cemu. I don't blame anyone for skipping. I wish Cemu had save states specifically for mitigating crash risk but I know we'll probably never have 'em.

You can probably right-click the game in Yuzu's game list. Then there'll likely be an option that says Open Save Directory (I can only guess, I don't use Yuzu). Then you find the option.sav file that the save manager asks for. If you find an aspect of the game that can be complicated by mod conflicts, but BCML doesn't yet handle it, feel free to try writing a merger for it and submitting a PR.
